If you go to someones page and you see a message like you see in the picture, DO NOT LOGIN TO THAT!!!  The blog hack been hacked and if you enter your email & password in that, the hackers will hack yours next!!! If you still want to view the blog you’re on, just put a fake email and password in the fields.
